Founder & CEO

In November 2016, William Harried, founded Harried Enterprises, LLC., in his two bedroom apartment.   He forged into real estate.  Over four years later, we now buy single, multi-family, and townhome investment properties in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and Washington.

Our company has established a good reputation with various local and national: banks (REO Departments), asset management companies and groups, auction houses, probate and divorce attorneys and a large network of investors who at any time may be ready to retire and liquidate their assets.

Company Breakdown

Will Buys Houses (d.b.a. William Buys Houses) is responsible for all acquisitions. Simply put, this Department contacts, analyzes, contracts, and buys properties on behalf of Harried Enterprises, LLC.  This department is responsible for all marketing, seeking to located all home owners with desire to sell their properties. They focus on assisting home owners that are facing a number of circumstances, and wish to sell the home quickly. Will Buys Houses unique approach is to purchase all homes regardless of the situation, “As-Is” within a 7-10 closing. As always, the Seller pays No Closing Cost and No Commissions. All offers are CASH to the Seller. This process allows the Seller to get CASH for their house without having to making ANY repairs. The company even buys your house if you have multiple liens, judgements, under water, mold damage, flood damage, fire damage, and a number other situations. Investor Property Showcase (d.b.a. Wholesale Property Warehouse) is responsible for all dispositions. Which means this department receives all properties that the Acquisitions Department has purchased. Now with Investor Property Showcase, they decide on the property’s fate, and determines if the acquired property will be rehabbed to an above market finishes. All rehabs are brought to peak levels, consisting of new full kitchen, new bathrooms, new appliances and fixtures, etc. In short, the house is made new. After the rehabbing is complete, the Disposition department will decide if the property will be sold at retail to a new family, or if the said property will be held in the company’s portfolio, and sold on a Lease-to-Own. Allowing for family’s with less than desirable credit own a home without bank financing. If the property is to be held, said property is then transferred to the Lease-to-Own division. See Investor Property Showcase

Lease-to-Own Showcase (d.b.a. Real Estate Solutions) manages the extensive portfolio of held properties (single family, multi family, and townhomes).  Once a property is transferred from the Investor Property Showcase department, the team begins to market the property to their extensive list of Lease-to-Own buyers. The Lease-to-Own department is responsible for the effective and successful management of the company’s portfolio of residential housing, to those families that may not be able to qualify for a home loan by conventional ways. There is no bank qualifying, and a future client’s credit does not disqualify them. With minimum requirements, proof of income, and background check, a family may qualify and be moving into their desired home within weeks.
